Hi, I’m Jo — I’m so glad you’re here!

Inclusive Impact started from a deep passion… and, honestly, a lot (a LOT) of frustration. I kept seeing families — like mine — let down by systems and providers that say they’re inclusive, neuro-affirming, or trauma-informed… but rarely show it in meaningful ways.

Those words aren’t just buzzwords to me. They’re values I live by — in how I work, how I show up, and how I hold space for people.

I come to this work as both a registered social worker and someone who’s lived many of the challenges families face. My role is to support and guide you in building genuinely affirming, strengths-based spaces — ones where people can thrive as they are.

I approach everything through a trauma-informed, human rights lens. That means I don’t believe people are the problem — systems and environments are. And together, we can challenge those systems in ways that uplift and affirm who you are.

I’m a mother, a wife, a friend, and an unapologetic advocate. I’m proudly multiply neurodivergent — and I bring all of that with me into this work.

I am lucky enough to live and work on the lands of the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation in Naarm. I pay deep respect to Elders past, present, and emerging — and honour the strength and sovereignty of First Nations people.
