Inclusive by Intention. Neuro-affirming by commitment.

At Inclusive Impact, we offer neuro-affirming social work for Autistic people and their families.

Whether you're navigating systems, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to better understand and support your child, or your own neurotype, we’re here to help.

Our support is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and a commitment to creating inclusive environments where your child — and your family — can thrive.

Who we support

At Inclusive Impact, we work with people across the lifespan — because support should be available at every stage of your journey.

Whether you're just starting out, coming to new understandings about yourself or your child — we’re here to walk alongside you.

Parents and caregivers

We support families navigating life with Autistic children or teens, offering practical guidance, emotional support, and tools to advocate with confidence.

Newly diagnosed children

Getting a diagnosis can bring both clarity and questions. We provide trauma-informed support to help your child feel safe, understood, and valued — while helping you understand what comes next.

Late diagnosed women

If you’ve recently discovered you’re neurodivergent, you're not alone. We create space for you to explore your identity, understand your neurotype, and connect the dots — in a safe, validating environment.

Neuro affirming parent coaching

We partner with parents who want to raise their kids with compassion — supporting you to unlearn harmful messaging and embrace strengths-based, respectful parenting.

Support with articulating your needs at school or in the workplace

We support individuals who need help communicating their access needs in school or work settings. Together, we make sure your voice is heard — and your needs are clearly understood.

Not sure where you fit? We’ll meet you where you are.
